Thomas G. Sundvold

Mr. Sundvold began his legal career as Claims Counsel for Great West Casualty Company and then became Associate General Counsel of national motor carrier Crete Carrier Corporation.
Mr. Sundvold’s areas of practice have always been very diverse, however, focused primarily in the areas of serious bodily injury, personal injury, transportation and semi-truck accidents, wrongful death, insurance claims / insurance law, product liability, corporate and commercial, real estate, and construction law.
Mr. Sundvold earned his J.D. degree from Creighton University School of Law where he was member of the Creighton Law Review, the Moot Court Executive Board, and was a Moot Court Semi-Finalist. He earned his Business Degree from the University of Nebraska with a major in Finance and Management. Mr. Sundvold is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, the Iowa State Bar Association, the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys, and the Transportation Lawyers Association.
